This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Fornado mobile app (the "App"), published by:

1. Acceptance
By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
2. Accounts
Some features require a club-issued account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering (including, where applicable, your name, email address, and profile photo) and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account; we are not liable for unauthorised use by third parties resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. Use of the App
The App brings together sports-club functionality — member access control, club communications, and personalised member features — in a single platform. Access-control and, where a club enables it, in-app payment features (for example via Payconiq) may be available; where third-party payment providers are involved, your payment itself is handled by that provider under its own terms, not by us.
4. Camera access
The App may request camera access to let you set a profile photo or scan a payment QR code. Camera access is used only for those purposes; footage is not retained unless you choose to save it yourself.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for legitimate, personal purposes connected to your club membership, and not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other members' accounts, or our systems; upload unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content; interfere with the App's security or normal operation; or use the App in a way that violates the privacy of other members.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating this section.
6. Intellectual property
The App and all of its components (design, code, graphics, and content) remain the property of SMDS Solutions or its licensors. Copying, modifying, or redistributing any part of the App without our written permission is prohibited.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this EULA.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from technical errors, misuse by third parties, or failures of external services the App relies on (including Firebase or payment providers).
9. Termination
Your access to the App may be terminated for violation of this EULA, suspected fraud, or at your own request (for example, by deleting your account).
10. Changes
We may update the App and this EULA from time to time; where reasonably possible, we will notify users of material changes. If we make a material change, we will update the "Effective date" above.
11. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from it falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
