This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the "Snel over de Schelde" mobile app (the "App"), published by:

1. Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where applicable law permits it, not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the App's operation or the third-party services it relies on (see our Privacy Policy for details on those services).
3. No warranty
The App relies on third-party live data (ferry, tunnel, and bike-share status). We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but the App is provided "as is", without any warranty that crossing information will always be complete, accurate, or available. Always use your own judgement, and follow official signage, when deciding how to cross.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMDS Solutions and 10000 Suns bv are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including reliance on the crossing information it displays.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content are the property of SMDS Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Termination
This licence remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms, or when you uninstall the App.
7. Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Effective date" above.
8. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from it falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
